Important Checkout & Email Information (Please Read)
Due to system limitations, you may see wording during checkout and in your confirmation emails that can be confusing. Please don’t worry — no action is required from you. By choosing 'in store pick up' you are simply telling us to 'hold your box' for you to add future orders. When your orders are cleared, an automatic email will be generated that says 'your order is ready for pick up' - this only means that your order has been added to your box. We do NOT have a pick up location. Please use the comment box to communicate ONLY information about your orders - 'start a box', 'add to my box', 'ship my box'.

At Checkout
When using our Start a Box or Buddy Box, you must select “In Store Pickup” at checkout.
Two Scrapbook Friends is an online-only store and does not have a pickup location.
Selecting “In Store Pickup” simply tells us to hold your order instead of shipping it right away.
Order Confirmation & Status Emails
After placing your order, you may receive an automated email that says your order is “Ready for Pickup.This does NOT mean your order is ready to be picked up.
Your items are being safely held as part of your Start a Box or Buddy Box.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your box reaches free shipping and is shipped.
Start a Box
This is a perfect option if you like to shop a little at a time and don’t want to miss out on products you love.
With our Start a Box program, you can place orders whenever you see something you like — new releases, restocks, or limited-quantity items — and we’ll hold your items for you until your box reaches free shipping.
Out of Province Orders & In Store Pick Up -IMPORTANT!
- Orders placed using In-Store Pick up are charged Ontario taxes, even if you are located outside of Ontario.
- Taxes are charged based on the checkout option selected and are not adjusted. If you want to be charged your provincial taxes you must choose shipping but this may result in shipping charges being applied.
If you are ordering from out of province and would like to be charged your provincial taxes:
- Please select shipping at checkout
- If your order is not being shipped immediately, you must leave a note in the order comments indicating that your order is being placed in a box and you would like it to be held for future orders.
- A store credit equal to the amount of the shipping you were charged will be issued. No refunds will be issued.
Important:
- If no note is left in the comments, the order will ship as indicated and no store credit will be issued.
- Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email stating your order has been shipped, however if your instructions state you would like to start or add to your box, we will follow those instructions. Disregard the email.

Once your box reaches free shipping, we will email you. You will have 24 hours to add any additional items before your box ships.

We combine all qualifying orders into the lead ‘Buddy’s box
