We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Online Orders

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Approved returns will be issued as a store credit only

To request a return, please email us at twoscrapbookfriends@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

Two Scrapbook Friends does not accept returns on the following items:

• Open stock paper

• Stamp and dies

• Markers and pens

• Bulk items

• Sale items (this includes any orders where coupon codes have been applied)

• Digital products (including virtual classes, downloads and other events)

• Gift cards

• Items that have been opened, used, cut, or altered after delivery

Please be certain of your selections before purchasing, as these items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery - email us at twoscrapbookfriends@gmail.com

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns due to manufacturing defects may need to be done through the manufacturer.  Please contact us for instructions.
