Two Scrapbook Friends is an online store. We do not have a physical location for order pick-up.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Elora, ON.

Order Processing Times:

While we strive to pack orders quickly, processing times may vary. Most orders are packed within 24–48 business hours, with additional time required during sales, new releases, and peak shopping times.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Order processing and shipping take place during these hours.
Shipping Methods & Couriers:

We use a variety of trusted couriers to provide competitive shipping rates along with fast and reliable delivery.

The courier used for your order is selected based on destination, package size and the most efficient option available.

Canada Post is available by request only and may result in additional shipping costs.

We do not ship to PO Boxes unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Please contact us by email - twoscrapbookfriends@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates:

All shipping thresholds are calculated before tax and after any discounts.

Ontario & Quebec - Flat-rate shipping - $9.99 plus tax; free shipping on orders $99 or more.

All other Canadian provinces - Flat-rate shipping - $18 plus tax; free shipping on orders $150 or more.

International shipping - At this time, we ship within Canada only. We do not offer US or International shipping.

Shipping Exceptions:

Occasional exceptions - While we work hard to offer flat-rate and free shipping whenever possible, some orders may require additional shipping charges due to size or destination (for example Northern Ontario, some areas in NFLD, NWT, islands etc.) These charges are rare and minimal.

Communication - Additional shipping charges are uncommon; however, if they apply, we will contact you prior to shipping and discuss available options.
Regular Mail Option (untracked):

If you are purchasing a small, lightweight item you can choose to have it sent regular mail (item must qualify).

This option does not include tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance.

Delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been mailed, it cannot be tracked or located.

While regular mail is a more economical option, it does carry some risk and you are accepting the risk by choosing this option.

Two Scrapbook Friends are unable to replace or refund orders sent by regular mail that are lost or delayed.

Tracking Information:

Our couriers provide tracking and delivery confirmation once they have your order scanned into their system.

Tracking information is sent by the courier to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your information is entered correctly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive emails with tracking details. This information may take up to 24 hours to begin updating once your package is scanned.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your tracking email.

Carrier delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier. Two Scrapbook Friends do not have access to additional tracking details beyond what you see.

If your package shows delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking your mailbox and surrounding area, with other household members and with neighbours.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

For tracked shipments, customers are responsible for contacting the courier directly to start a claim or investigation; we’re happy to provide any information we can and reach out to our courier representative when possible to assist.

Packages marked as delivered with proof of delivery (including photo confirmation) are considered successfully delivered.

Two Scrapbook Friends are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Signature delivery may be available at an additional cost and requires someone to be present to sign for the package; please contact us before placing your order if this option would be helpful.
Address Errors & Returned Packages:

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the courier may attempt to correct and deliver the package directly with the customer. In these cases, the courier may charge additional fees to Two Scrapbook Friends for address correction or re-delivery. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
