Start a Box - Do you order from us frequently?  Would you like to receive FREE shipping?  Why not start a box?

To take advantage of our 'start a box' option, place your order and choose 'in store pick up' when checking out.  In the comments section let us know you would like to 'start a box' or 'add to your box'.  When you are ready to have your order shipped out, contact us and we will get it packaged up for you.  If you have not reached the FREE shipping threshold then we will invoice you for shipping at that time.  DO NOT choose 'shipping' when starting a box or adding to your box or you will be charged a shipping fee.

All orders under $125 (shipped in Ontario) ship for a flat fee of $13 (plus tax) in a 14x14x2 inch pizza box.  If you have over-sized/over-weight items or your order does not fit in this box, extra postage may apply.  If you live in a rural or remote (to us) area (ie Northern Ontario) extra postage may apply.   P.O boxes must be shipped by Canada Post and will likely require extra shipping charges.

US SHIPPING (continental United States) - NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

We ship using a variety of different couriers.  We choose the best option to get you your package as quick as possible.  Your order is almost always shipped within 1-2 business days.  Tracking is available upon request.  

Please note - any fees incurred due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
