By adding a row of additional pockets, you can include 2-3 more items than our standard pages. We've added a row of 4"x6" pockets to Design C and a row of 4"x4" pockets to Design P to provide you with more room to document. Package includes (4) Design C with vertical extension, (4) Design C with horizontal extension, and (4) Design P with horizontal extension. Pockets in Design C are 4"X6" horizontal. Pockets in Design P are 4"x4".
